Two things. The site keeps running — hosting, SSL, domain DNS, security and uptime, unlimited minor text and image edits, and the free redesign every 12 months. And the local visibility cycle keeps running: we review your Search Console data and your Google Business Profile, make one highest-value local SEO improvement, ship one meaningful page or content improvement each month, and send you a one-screen report with the next priority. No ranking or lead promises — this is the work, not a guarantee about the result.

Core local visibility sites can usually be built in 7 working days once required content and approvals are available. Complex migrations, multilingual sites or larger content structures are scoped separately. The clock starts when we have your content — logo, photos, service details and any copy you want used. If you take a week to send photos, the build takes a week longer.

Text changes, swapping a photo, updating prices, opening hours, staff names, or adding a service to an existing list — send them by WhatsApp and we do them. New pages, new layouts, new features and anything that needs design work are quoted separately. We will always tell you which one it is before doing it.

Every 12 months you stay with us, you get a complete rebuild — new design, current best practice, no charge. Websites date badly after about two years; this is how yours does not. You can also decline it and keep the site you have.

If you are not happy with the site we build, tell us before it goes live and you get 100% of the setup fee back. We would rather refund you than argue. The monthly fee can be cancelled at any time on the Local Visibility System.

The site comes down, because the monthly covers the hosting it runs on. Your domain is yours and always stays yours — we will point it wherever you ask. Your content is yours too, and we will hand over your text and images on request.
