This website is operated by Ozvyo Labs (SSM Reg. No. 202603129595 (NS0322962-H)) and provides information about its services. You may browse the site, submit enquiries, and contact Ozvyo through the listed channels. Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or harmful information.
Service enquiries
Submitting a form or sending a WhatsApp message does not create a project agreement. A project begins only after scope, responsibilities, timing, payment terms, and acceptance are confirmed in writing.
Pricing and scope
Each engagement covers only the base scope listed in the written quote or order form for that engagement. Scope, price, timeline, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in writing before work starts. Work outside that base scope — including extra integrations, licenses, multi-step workflows, complex troubleshooting, paid APIs, or additional builds — is quoted separately before it begins.
Website plans
Local Visibility System is RM 2,000 setup + RM 599/mo (SGD 990 setup + SGD 199/mo) at the founding-client price and covers up to 10 pages. Launch Presence is RM 0 setup + RM 399/mo (SGD 0 setup + SGD 135/mo) and covers one page. The setup fee, where one applies, is payable before work starts. The monthly fee begins on the day the site goes live and is billed monthly in advance. The optional multi-language pack is +RM 1,000 one-time (+SGD 350).
The monthly fee covers hosting, SSL, domain DNS management, security and uptime care, unlimited minor edits as defined below, and the 12-month redesign. On the Growth plan it also covers the monthly Google Business Profile work: a short keyword list each month, one post drafted by the client — through the Ozvyo MCP or sent on WhatsApp — and posted by Ozvyo, and a one-screen monthly report. The Launch plan does not include that work. The monthly fee does not cover domain registration fees, paid advertising, third-party licences or paid APIs, which are passed through at cost.
Turnaround. Growth sites go live within 7 working days and Launch sites within 3–5 working days, measured from the point at which Ozvyo has received all content the client agreed to supply — logo, images, service details and any copy the client wants used. Delays in supplying content or in giving approval extend the timeline by the corresponding period.
Minor edits, and what falls outside them
A minor edit is a change to existing content on an existing page that does not require new design or development work. That includes changing text, replacing an image, updating prices, contact details, opening hours or staff names, and adding or removing an item within an existing list. There is no limit on how many minor edits a client may request while their plan is active, and no limit on how often.
The following are not minor edits and are quoted separately in writing before any work begins: new pages, new page layouts or sections, new features or functionality, redesign work outside the 12-month redesign, integrations with third-party systems, e-commerce checkout or inventory, copywriting research beyond the one kickoff round included in the build, and migration of content from another site. Ozvyo will tell the client which category a request falls into, and what it costs, before carrying it out. Requests are handled in the order received during normal working hours.
The 12-month redesign
For each continuous 12 months a client remains on an active paid plan, Ozvyo will rebuild that client's site once at no additional charge, to a current design, at the same page count as their plan. The client may decline the redesign and keep their existing site; a declined redesign is not carried forward, exchanged, or credited against fees. The redesign entitlement does not accrue during any period in which fees are unpaid or the plan is suspended.
Money-back guarantee
If a client is not satisfied with the website Ozvyo has built, they may request a refund of the setup fee in full at any point before the site goes live, and Ozvyo will refund 100% of that fee. Once the site has gone live at the client's instruction, the setup fee is no longer refundable, and the guarantee is replaced by the cancellation terms below. Monthly fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded. The guarantee covers Ozvyo's work; it does not cover fees paid to third parties, such as domain registration.
Founding client terms
The unlimited minor edits, the 12-month redesign and the money-back guarantee described above are offered as founding client terms to the first 30 clients. Ozvyo may change or withdraw these terms for new clients at any time. A client who has been accepted onto founding client terms keeps those terms for as long as their plan remains continuously active; the terms do not survive a cancellation and re-signup.
Cancellation and what happens to the site
Growth runs month-to-month after launch and either party may cancel with written notice before the next billing date. Launch carries a minimum term of 12 months from the date the site goes live, reflecting that no setup fee is charged; after that term it runs month-to-month on the same notice. No further months are charged after cancellation takes effect, and fees already paid for the current month are not refunded.
Because the monthly fee pays for the hosting the site runs on, a site is taken offline when a plan ends. The client's domain name remains the client's property at all times and Ozvyo will, on request, transfer it or point it wherever the client directs. The client's own content — their text and images — likewise remains theirs, and Ozvyo will provide a copy on request. The underlying site code and templates remain Ozvyo's property and are licensed to the client for the duration of the plan.
Custom software and automation
Custom business systems start from RM 15,000 (SGD 4,500) and automation and AI operations projects from RM 5,000 (SGD 1,500). Both are quoted per scope in writing following a free scoping call, with written acceptance criteria, a test plan, and handover documentation. There is no charge for the scoping call and no obligation to proceed after it. Third-party licences, model APIs, and hosting are billed as pass-through costs. Advice and recommendations are given in good faith based on the information the client shares; the client remains responsible for business decisions, approvals, and the outcomes of implementing any recommendation.
Client responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for factual accuracy, approvals, account access, brand assets, legal or compliance review, payment, third-party provider terms, and timely feedback. Ozvyo can help structure and draft content, but the client must approve final business, medical, legal, pricing, and service claims.
Ownership and handover
On custom software and automation projects, the client owns what was built once invoices are settled, and Ozvyo provides handover documentation as part of the written scope. Website plans are licensed rather than sold: the arrangement for domains, content and site code on cancellation is set out under “Cancellation and what happens to the site” above.
No guaranteed outcomes
Ozvyo does not guarantee rankings, appearance in search results or AI answers, AI mentions, revenue, enquiries, bookings, sales, or business outcomes. The work focuses on building fast, well-structured websites and practical business software. The money-back guarantee described above relates to the client’s satisfaction with the work delivered; it is not a guarantee of any commercial result. Nothing in these terms implies any guarantee of business results.
