We build the agent on your business — your info, your tools, your rules — connect it to the channels your team and customers already use, and set what it's allowed to do on its own versus what needs a human sign-off first.

We host it, watch it, and keep it updated. You get a monthly report on what it handled; we tune it as your business changes.
What your team gets
Nobody on your team logs into a new piece of software. One or two people — usually whoever runs your admin or ops — sit in the control room: they watch what the agent is doing, approve anything it flags, and keep its knowledge current. Your customers reach it through a chat widget on your website. Your team reaches it through email. You, as the owner, never need to open an app at all — you get a weekly report and can ask it questions over WhatsApp whenever you want a straight answer. Need a hard wall between two parts of the business — sales shouldn't see HR, say? We run a second instance, not a login system. It's reach, not log-in: nobody's issued an account.
What we don't promise
- An agent doesn't replace your team's judgement, and we won't tell you it does. It drafts, it answers the repeat questions, it flags what needs a human — sensitive or complex cases still go to a person.
- We don't promise it eliminates a hire outright; for some businesses it delays or shrinks that hire, for others it just clears enough routine work that the hire you do make is a better one.
- Like any AI system, it will occasionally get something wrong — that's exactly why the guardrails and approval points exist.
Pricing
Offered after an AI Systems Diagnostic and quoted per scope. Setup and the monthly managed fee cover hosting, monitoring, updates, and the AI's running costs — confirmed in writing after the Diagnostic, so you approve every price before we start. We work with clients worldwide and can bill in USD or MYR.
